Security tips

• Use a long password you don't use elsewhere, and a hard-to-guess message protection code to protect your message key.
• Never share the 6-digit email code with anyone. Why never asks for it in a message.
• Sign out on shared computers.
• Don't send bank details or passwords to strangers.

Reporting abuse or getting help

In Chat with someone, use "Report this person". Otherwise, block the person and contact the Why team.
